What do I need to apply?


A completed application, proof of income, a copy of your driver’s license, and current registration for your vehicle(s) and trailer.

Are homes available to rent or buy?


Homes are available for purchase only. Seller financing is available.

What Are the Lease Terms at Del Yermo Park?

All rentals at Del Yermo Park are on a month-to-month basis. We do not offer overnight or weekly stays.

What are the lease terms?

All sites are offered on a month-to-month basis. Overnight and weekly stays are not permitted.

Are pets allowed?


Yes, up to two pets per household are allowed. All pets must be approved by park management. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside, and owners must clean up after them.

What utilities are available?

Water, sewer, 30–50 amp electric, and Wi-Fi are included.

Are there shared amenities?

Yes. We have bathrooms, showers, and an on-site laundry room.

Can park management require changes to my RV or home?

Yes. If your RV or any accessory structures violate local or state codes, park management can require corrections.

Can park management enter my lot?


Yes. Management has the right to enter your lot during reasonable hours for maintenance of utilities, trees, and overall lot upkeep—especially if the resident fails to maintain it themselves.
