Who Can Apply?
To be considered for residency at Del Yermo Park, applicants must meet the following:
Age Requirement: Must be 18 or older
Income Requirement: Net monthly income must be 2.5–3x the lot rent
RV Age Limit: Homes must be no older than 25 years
Pet Policy: Up to two pets allowed, with park approval
